Billionaire Boys Club & ICECREAM offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases, collectibles, and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and stickers are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
